C&T Enterprises, Inc. will receive applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Citizens' Electric Company.

The selected candidate will also serve as Treasurer and corporate officer.

Location:
The position will be located at Citizens' Electric Company's headquarters in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.

Reporting Structure:
The position will report directly to the Citizens' Electric Company President & CEO.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for organizing, directing, and coordinating the Finance and Customer Service departments while serving as a strategic advisor to the President & CEO on all financial matters. The successful candidate will lead and oversee accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, customer service operations, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the company's financial health, supporting long-term strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The selected candidate will also serve as Treasurer and corporate officer.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field required.
   
• CPA designation and/or advanced degree preferred.
   
• Minimum of ten years of management or supervisory experience in accounting, finance, or a closely related field. Alternatively, candidates possessing an advanced degree or CPA designation may qualify with five years of applicable management or accounting experience.
   
• Experience in a regulated business environment preferred.
   
• Working knowledge of utility accounting principles, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements preferred.
   
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management skills.
   
• Knowledge of public utility regulations and regulatory compliance processes preferred.
   
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and employee development skills.
   
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
   
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
   
• High ethical standards, sound judgment, integrity, and commitment to organizational values.

General Responsibilities:

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the candidate's responsibilities will include:

• Direct and oversee the Finance and Customer Service departments.
   
• Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision for assigned employees.
   
• Develop department goals, policies, and procedures that support organizational objectives.
   
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
   
• Develop annual budgets, long-range financial forecasts, and work plans.
   
• Manage cash flow, financing arrangements, and financial assets.
   
• Coordinate annual financial audits and work closely with external auditors.
   
• Prepare and oversee regulatory filings, tax schedules, and other required financial reports.
   
• Conduct financial studies and initiatives related to rates, cost-of-service, depreciation, and long-term financial planning.
   
• Maintain shareholder records and prepare annual reports as required.
   
• Serve as the company's primary financial liaison with regulatory agencies and external financial partners.
   
• Act as Treasurer and corporate officer, executing agreements and representing the company in matters consistent with Board policy and company objectives.
   
• Participate in industry, community, and civic organizations on behalf of the company.
   
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Special Working Conditions:

• Available after hours to respond to urgent management, supervisory, customer service, or outage-related matters.
   
• Serve on internal and external committees and represent the company at industry meetings and events.
   
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
   
• Occasional overnight travel required.
   
• The ideal candidate must be capable of performing the essential functions of the position and communicating effectively with employees, board members, regulators, customers, and external stakeholders.

C&T Enterprises, Inc. (C&T) provides shared management and support services to its parent electric cooperatives, their telecommunications affiliates, and its utility subsidiaries. We are currently seeking a part-time Call Center Operator to join our team.

Location: The position will be located at the Tri-County Rural Electric Cooperative headquarters in
Mansfield, PA.

Primary Function: To provide prompt, courteous and accurate information to members/customers on billing questions and service problems on the telephone. Dispatch outages, fiber optic problems, and other service problems to crews.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly, gather and analyze information, generate creative solutions, and demonstrate attention to detail
• Technical skills: Proficiency with basic office computer and software applications (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills: Ability to write clearly and informatively, adapt writing style to meet different audiences, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ethics: Demonstrates respect for a diverse workforce and internal/external constituents, keeps commitments, accepts responsibility for actions, inspires trust, works with integrity, and upholds organizational values
• Confidentiality: Maintains discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive and personal matters related to the function
• Sales knowledge (preferred)
• Familiarity with IVUE/OMS or other call center-related software programs (preferred)
• Experience operating a two-way radio (preferred)

Responsibilities:

As the Part-Time Call Center Operator, the candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Answering all incoming calls
• Responding to caller's inquiries regarding billing or service concerns
• Taking messages, entering service orders, and typing dispatch logs for each company
• Dispatching and informing of outage or trouble calls to the appropriate service crew(s)
• Ensuring all calls are transferred to the Call Center or respective offices when necessary
• Handling outbound and inbound fiber sales calls, Collection calls, and Paperwork Calls for companies
• Assisting Call Center Management and other departments with any jobs that they need help with
• Reading the procedure books monthly to stay abreast of new procedures
• Performing other duties assigned to meet the organization's needs and proper management practices

Special Working Conditions:

Ability to work any time of the day or night. May be required to be on call. Work schedule subject to change.
